LinkedIn India looking for Interns

Responsibilities (will be tailored closer to summer as we finalize, in partnership with you, on the exact project to work on):

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales operations and metrics to develop a deeper understanding of key value drivers, and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
  • Establish operational dashboards for business lines and conduct business driver analysis
  • Work on special projects for country leadership (eg. analysis of strategic growth opportunities, crafting long-term vision for India etc.)
  • Help operationalize learnings by designing go-to-market strategy, operational programs etc. to help deliver 10x leverage to the broader India team
  • Expected to work collaboratively with other APAC support teams (Business Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Development, Marketing) depending on project
  • Expected to support LinkedIn’s unique culture and take initiative to help continue to upgrade it


Requirements:

For MBA Intern:

  • Excellent academic qualifications; Graduate degree from top tier university required. MBA from a top program preferred.
  • 3+ years of general work experience. Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking or operating experience in online media, enterprise sales and business development would be very useful.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)

For Sales Intern:

  • Excellent academic qualifications; Graduate degree from top tier university required. MBA from a top program preferred.
  • 3+ years of general work experience. Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking or operating experience in online media, enterprise sales and business development would be very useful.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)

For MBA Intern:

  • Highly Productive: Ability to be highly productive with limited oversight on day to day direction.
  • High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Team-first, “get it done” attitude. Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment to help our expansion plans.
  • Established strong Analysis and Presentation Preparation Skills: Quick and high quality analysis and presentation creation using advanced Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Tracking operating metrics and financial modeling is required
  • Strong communication skills: Crisp written and verbal communications to convey key takeaways and also build strong relationships and buy-in within the team

For Sales Intern:
