According to Industry Canada, Canadian ICT strengths are in: 1) telecom equipment; 2) e‐gaming (3rd largest in the world); and 3) data management, mining and analysis software. In telecom equipment, companies such as RIM and Mitel could benefit from the strong growth in smartphones and enterprise network equipment. In software, Canada could benefit from the strong growth in business analytics.
