Company Overview

We are a secondary school following both the Kenyan 8-4-4 education system resulting in pupils taking the KCSE examinations and the Cambridge examined IGCSE′s which follow a British style education system. We are a co-educational Boarding school with a few day scholars.

What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

Graduates will need to have a teaching degree in order to work in Kenya whether they hold a Kenyan passport or no, this can be a BEd or degree with subsequent PGCE or PGDE or equivalent.

What key advice would you give to Africa students/graduates who would like to work for your company?

Must be open to living in a boarding school environment and have high expectations of pupils all round education. A willingness to offer some co-curricular activities as well as teach one/two subjects at secondary level.
