iFAST Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("iFAST Capital") provides a comprehensive range of services such as assisting in dealing, investment administration, research support, IT services and backroom functions to financial planners.

The company has obtained a licence for dealing in securities and investment advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act. Its wholly owned subsidiary, FA Corporate and Compliance Consultancy Sdn Bhd provides services for applicants who want to be a registered CUTA with the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FiMM).

iFAST Capital is a subsidiary of iFAST Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., which is wholly owned by iFAST Corporation Ltd. ("iFAST Corporation"). iFAST Corporation is headquartered in Singapore and the iFAST group of companies are also present in Hong Kong, Malaysia and China. The company was incorporated in Singapore on 10 January 2000.

iFAST Corporation was listed on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard in December 2014.

One of iFAST Corporation Ltd′s ("iFAST Corporation") shareholders is SPH AsiaOne Ltd, the Internet arm of Singapore Press Holdings, which is Singapore′s largest media group.

iFAST Corporation′s subsidiary in Singapore, iFAST Financial Pte. Ltd. ("iFAST Financial") is the country′s premier financial advisory wealth management platform. It services more than 50 financial adviser firms, financial institutions and over 2,000 financial adviser representatives. iFAST Financial holds the Capital Markets Services (CMS) and the Financial Adviser (FA) licences issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the company is also one of Singapore′s three appointed Central Provident Board (CPF) Investment Administrators.

Meanwhile, iFAST (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is a wholly owned subsidiary of iFAST Corporation and iFAST (HK) Ltd holds a Type 1 License for dealing and a Type 4 License for Advisory issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

In China, iFAST Corporation launched its office in 2014.
