EDge Interactive has been helping students find schools and schools find students since 1995. EDge works directly with over 700 educational institutions around the world, delivering products and services that include ezRecruit™ CRM, e-mail marketing/advertising strategy and execution, and website development. EDge also manages its own suite of some of Canada’s leading education websites as part of The SchoolFinder Group including: SchoolFinder.com, GradSchoolFinder.com, ScholarshipsCanada.com and StudyinCanada.com. The sites are designed to help students find the right school and schools find the right students.

Our core production team is composed of more than thirty EDge staff with many years of experience in developing complex technology solutions. The group is comprised of developers, programmers, editors, designers, and project managers. Our team has the experience required to bring products to market on time and on budget.
 

What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

While there are specific skills and experience needed for each role (i.e. sales, marketing, account management, programming, etc.), here are some general skills that we are looking for when recruiting: 

• Ability to multitask in high pressured and fast paced environments
• Outstanding written communication and presentation skills, especially with senior decision-makers
• Strategic planner, comprehensive researcher, and master problem solver
• Ability to travel
• Good with people and a ′glass half-full′ personality
• A collaborative team player with a curious mind and a "kaizen" work ethic
• Experience in project management and coordination
• Any knowledge of digital marketing, CRM technology, or higher education is an asset
• Ability to speak French (an asset)
