The companies of Deloitte in Poland belong to Deloitte Central Europe. In Poland there are 2600 experts and interns working  in 9 cities: Warszawa, Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Szczecin and Rzeszów.

We provide business consulting services in the areas of: Audit & Assurance; Technological Consulting, Strategic Consulting, Risk Management and Deloitte Digital; Tax Consultancy; Deloitte Legal; Financial Consulting.

We also provide support for Deloitte offices in 18 Central European countries in the areas of Auditing, Accounting, IT Services, Administration and Risk Management in Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center in Rzeszów.

How does the recruitment process work? 

1. Online application
2. Online tests: analytical (verbal in Polish, numerical test in English or native language) and language test (English) - The verbal test checks also the knowledge of the Polish language. The numerical test may be in another foreign language upon request.
3. Interview with a representative of the department and HR specialist in Polish and English.
