What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

We are looking for Students and graduates of IT or Finance studies who:

• want to see how FinTech company works;
• are available for a minimum of 3 days a week during summer;
• speak at least good English and feel great in international environment;
• are distinguished by optimism, openness and enthusiasm;
