What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

Our Junior Consultants ideally have; - Up to three years’ relevant experience - Enthusiasm, ability and motivation - A keen interest in Capital Markets - A technology focused individual All candidates go through a strict selection process, ensuring that we shortlist only the strongest applicants. All candidates will possess first-rate academic achievement, demonstrable technical skills and the passion to succeed. We expect candidates to be well prepared for both technical and financial questions. We technically interview and technically test but equal weight is placed on personality, enthusiasm and drive.

What key advice would you give to India students/graduates who would like to work for your company?

We look for people who can think for themselves. We expect people to be well prepared and be able to show an interest in, and a basic understanding of Investment Banking and markets. We need people who are interested in the world, with good general knowledge and a quick, lively mind. We look for fluent English, good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm. The Capital Markets industry provides unique opportunities for talented individuals from a variety of functional backgrounds.
