Company Overview

Marks and Spencer is a well known brand in the UK and has been in India for the last 10 years. It was only in 2008 however that we entered in to a partnership with Reliance. Prior to this we were run as a franchise business under Planet retail. We offer a clothing range for men, women and children, as well as beauty products and jewellery.

We have rapid expansion plans in India over the next few years and will be looking for people to work in our stores all over India and in Head Office in Gurgaon.

What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

When we are recruiting for specialist roles we will look for a relevant degree and/or experience in that field.

For our International graduate programme we look for a masters or equivalent in a business/ retail related topic and some work experience.
