Graduates who would like to work for our client companies, are advised First -to understand the current market conditions, -check from peer network the terms available to graduates from B Schools with stiff-competition enterance exams in India -check also about graduates from B Schools across various countries Second -Decide their own personal-marketing strategy, and minimum expectations in salary / working conditions / company type - communicate it openly and frankly to their HR consultant (to us as well as others) - if they get no response, to check if their self assessment and market assessment of their value, is different Please do not burden the HR Consultant with your high expectations of compensation or work conditions, if these are out of connect with the market reality today we cannot help it. We can only try to get you the best employer, and the client the best suited candidates. Thank you
