ARC Qinghua (Xi′an) Automotive Co. Ltd. (ARC Qinghua in short) is a joint venture established between ARC Automotive, Inc. and Xi′an North Qinghua Mechanical and Electrical Co. Ltd. ARC owns 60% of its share while Qinghua owns 40%. Its registered capital is US& 25,780,000.00. The company was established and registered in Xi′an Hi-Tech Development Zone in 2004 and its production base is located in No. 1, Tianhong Street, Baqiao District, Xi′an.
 
In its first phase, ARCQinghua has realized a capacity for production of one (1) million driver and another one (1) million passenger inflators. Now we have started our 2nd phase construction which will double our production capacity and meanwhile the products will be expanded to side inflators and pyrotechnic inflators in order to meet the growing airbag modules and vehicles market demand.
