GP Industries Ltd (the Group) is an international manufacturing and marketing group in the electronics and batteries industries. It has been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd since 1995 and has built renowned brand names for its major product categories, such as GP Batteries, KEF and CELESTION loudspeakers. The Group has a strong and extensive manufacturing and distribution network spanning over 10 countries, including a strong foothold in China. Excluding associates and joint venture, the Group currently employs over 8,500 people and occupies a total floor area of approximately 383,800 square metres. GP Electronics and Acoustics Group is wholly-owned by GP Industries Ltd and is engaged in development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of electronics and professional & consumer acoustics products.
