What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

If you are looking for a professional qualification that is challenging, diverse and internationally respected, then the ACA is for you. To study for the ACA, you will need a degree (any subject - you don′t need a relevant accountancy or finance subject) with a First or 2:1; excellent English language skills are also really important. Employability skills are really important too - so any extra curricular work, membership of student societies are all relevant!
