What attributes do you look for when recruiting graduates?

We look for graduates who have relevant skills or are prepared to learn. Also those who are quick to adapt to local conditions.

What key advice would you give to Uk students/graduates who would like to work for your company?

They should be realistic and try to as much as possible adapt to their new environment whilst applying the skills they have learnt. They should not make the mistake of assuming that everybody else in Africa is of less intelligence than they have just because they have acquired foreign education. these are the soft issues which usually lead to resistance from local staff.
