Company Overview

Swire Beverages is a joint venture between Swire Pacific Limited (87.5%) and The Coca-Cola Company (12.5%). It is the principal investment holding company for Swire′s soft drink businesses in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and has interests in eight bottling operations - one in Hong Kong and seven on the Mainland. 

Xian BC Coca-Cola Beverages Limited was established in 1993 and is located in the Xian Economic and Technological Development Zone. It operates three production lines and employs 1,400 staff, serving over 38 million consumers in Shaanxi Province. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swire BCD Company Limited.
