My day to day role involves giving advice on medicines, dispensing of medicines, and accuracy and clinical check of prescriptions,medicines use reviews,smoking cessation, emergency hormonal contraception, minor ailment services, antimalaria service, viagra on PGD etc.

What key advice would you give to current students who would like to get into a similar job to you?

Go for it, especially if you have a passion for caring, and focus on your science subjects.
