My role involves delivering of holistic care to client in a therapeutic environment. Working with them and their family members or relatives to restore back their health. Offering 1:1 time with clients to explore their thoughts and mood. Promoting independence. Administration of medication. Communicating effectively with client. Handing over clients care and documentation. Assessing risk to client and others. Safe recording keeping.

Burning passion right from childhood( I love caring for people). I possess good communication skills and good listening skills. Experience gained during placements as part of my degree course as well as work experience as a health care support worker.
