I am the team lead content/ curriculum development unit. the firm i work specialize in organising learning interventions for financial institutions in Nigeria and other sub-saharan African banks. in my capacity as a team lead i am saddled with the responsibility of supervising and overseeing the delivery of quality and up to date materials required to meet our clients need. i also carry out extensive research and data analysis for the firm and the programs conducted. 

You need to develop/have an eye for details. you need to be analytical in your thinking and most of all you need to have the passion for research. Staying focused and being patient is a valuable virtue for my job and host of other job functions across board.
