Please give a brief description of your job and what it involves?

In my role I am responsible for the coordination and management of about 300 domestic assistant staff . I negotiate with their various supervisors for staff booking, generation of payment reference numbers and processing of weekly and monthly staff payment report used for management key decisions.

What key advice would you give to current students who would like to get into a similar job to you?

Define the kind of career goals and objective you desire. Identify various organizations that offers that kind of job and then go for it utilizing any opportunity that comes your way.

Why do you think you got this job e.g. what skills/knowledge/experience etc?

I consistently developed the skills such as good communication skill, team player, negotiation skill, peoples management skill, time management skill, data management skill and good planning and organizational skills.

Always be positive and consistent in pursuing your desired or dream career. Developing your skills and competencies on daily bases.
