I work within Treasury Division in a state owned bank in the south part of Vietnam. My work involves managing interest rate risk, liquidity risk and balance sheet management.

Risk management should be one of key theme in development of banking industry in Vietnam in a foreseeable future. I expect areas to receive particular interest from regulatory perspective might include Basel II implementation, risk based capital, capital management.
