Before I join TongKun I worked at Oxfam as a senior financial assistant and this experience is a strong point on my CV. And I am a member of ACCA and when applied for this job I have done 10 papers. Although, I have not fully achieved the ACCA qualification, the intention is the employer cares most. Actually, how much you want to improve yourself reflect how much you can contribute to your work. The employer said my self-motivation is the most impressive point in his eyes.
The qualification is a precondition to get a job. But once you are in, you are at the same starting point with all others. This means that you need to try to use the knowledge and skills frequently not showing the qualification to others when problems occur. I have to admit that experience is vital, but you have to make sure your studies are ok. Do not mess the ranking of the issues when you are a student. Studies always go first!
