I am responsible for managing HR Operations, HRIS, Benefits, and Recruiting for a global organisation. Specifically, I design, align and execute a global HR business strategy into the operating fabric of the firm.

I also consult with senior business leader across a full spectrum of HR areas; especially in talent programs, total rewards, executive compensation, global integration, etc.

I am also responsible for driving multiple group functions at Corporate HR including; Global HR Processes Group, Global Immigration, Global HR Compliance, Talent Management and Employee engagement.
