Purpose of the Job:

Our Digital Consulting practice helps our clients turn strategy into reality by blending business and functional insights with modern digital platforms.

 As a Junior Consultant in our Technology Group, you'll support our teams in delivering valuable insights and solutions to clients, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in key areas such as:

  • Digital and technology strategy
  • Cloud transformation
  • IT and agile operating models
  • IT cost optimisation
  • Enterprise architecture

As a Junior Consultant in our Technology & Innovation Group, you will support the successful delivery of consulting projects, contribute to building client relationships, and assist in developing the capabilities of our Technology Group. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in various areas of our practice, gaining valuable experience that will lay the foundation for your career in technology consulting.

Key job duties or responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of consulting projects under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support project deliverables.
  • Help prepare client presentations and reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and methodologies.
  • Support proposal development and other business development activities.

Qualifications and experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a technology-related role or internship
  • Familiarity with current technology trends and digital transformation concepts
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is beneficial.
  • Any relevant certifications or coursework in IT strategy, cloud computing, or project management are advantageous.
