Job Description

  • Receipt-related tasks, ensuring accurate recording and proper filing of documents.
  • Write off billed disbursement/fees and unbilled disbursements
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts in timely manner.
  • Assist in creditor invoice posting
  • Disbursement voucher checking
  • Trust balance monitoring
  • File management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes.
  • Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Good team player
