Provide proactive and professional administrative support and assistance to Partners/ Directors/ Managers and Practice Staff to ensure a smooth workflow and to meet the Goals of Work Quality, Timeliness, Team Collaboration and Go Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning procedures for new & existing clients: RC, AML, CES, JBR (research client info for Managers relating to the current & new clients if required by TM);
  • Checking Non audit services & unpaid bill per team's request;
  • Granting access rights on G-drive for engagement teams;
  • Providing administrative support to audit teams in organizing internal audit meetings. Tasks include preparing the agenda, prepare meeting materials, scheduling the meeting, sending invitations, attending the meeting and taking minutes;
  • Preparing and sending out confirmation letters, checking tracking code with Receptionist and doing the confirmation verification process as per TM's request;
  • Supporting Partners/Directors and audit teams to book air ticket/accommodation for business trip;
  • Supporting for Assurance's proposals, bidding procedures based on TMs' portfolio;
  • All secretarial works relating to typing, correction, formatting, finalizing and printing Financial Statement Reports, Management Letters, Engagement Letters, Proposals, etc.;
  • Printing, copying and scanning, sending out correspondences, greetings cards, notebooks,Tet gifts…; 
  • Process billings and follow up on payment; and
  • Other tasks related to secretarial work.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Good command of English;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality of all matters pertaining to clients information;
  • Careful, proactive, hard working, able to adapt to pressure situations;
  • Able to adjust to different work environments and methods;
  • Able to deal with different persons in daily work;
  • Able to get along with others/work in a team;
  • Ensure the standard formats of PwC are always applied; and
  • Ensure the office procedures are always followed.
