About the Department

Our Group Human Resources oversees and manage our employee's life cycle in the bank. We strive to help our people grow professionally and personally, anchored on our people philosophy of Care, Growth, and Trust, helping them find purpose and balance. The Talent Acquisition team identifies individuals of the right fit and values to join the bank.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who is keen to gain end-to-end recruitment in the banking industry.

  • Screen and manage candidates’ application process through various recruitment channels
  • Initiate and coordinate interview scheduling process
  • Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
  • Assist in applicants' progression in SuccessFactor/ Workday (ATS) to final stage prior to offer approvals
  • Support our recruitment events and employer branding activities
  • Ad-hoc assistance in other recruitment related matters

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months commitment
  • Bachelor's students are preferred
