Job Description & Qualifications

In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

This internship is designed for year-end students or fresh graduates who are available for a full-time internship and are keen on financial due diligence, and desire to gain exposure in the M&A field.
