Job Description & Qualifications

Grant Thornton is a leading audit, tax, and advisory firm committed to empowering dynamic organizations to achieve their full potential. We are now seeking a dynamic People and Culture Intern to support our People and Culture and Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various human resource aspects, including talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Support the Talent Acquisition team in attracting candidates using various tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process for in-house vacancies, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Recruitment Campaigns: Actively participate in recruitment campaigns, including roadshows, job fairs, and university relations programs.
• Social Media Strategy: Contribute to social media strategy and management to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing and supporting employee engagement initiatives designed to promote a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• University students from any field of study seeking internships are welcome to apply for both full-time and part-time positions, with internships available from February 2025 onwards for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
• Proficient in using modern tools such as Canva, TikTok, and other creative platforms, along with Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, eager to learn and take on challenges.
