Program Overview

Our Rotational Program-to-HR role placement approach provides high potential, early in career individuals with a fast-track experience on a HR path that delivers breadth of knowledge on key HR functions.   

You will gain exposure to a variety of HR roles alongside the opportunity to interact with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams provides an incredible foundation for your HR career.

Our HRAP is a 2-year rotational program comprised of four x 6-month assignments through high-impact HR functional areas, during which you will have meaningful work experience, coaching and training, along with broader exposure to our business and how our HR functions support and align with our business goals and mission. 

Rotations (include but not limited to) Human Resources Business Partnering, People Analytics, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Global Learning, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, or other HR functional areas. 

Rotational assignments may have global reach.

How you’ll make an impact

  • At completion of your rotations, you will have gained invaluable experience across a variety of core HR areas, an understanding of our global HR operations and a view of the strategic role HR plays in the Company’s overall success. 
  • Job placement opportunities will be geared towards HR Partner roles, however other HR area preferences will be considered. 
  • Final Placement positions may be based at any of our geographical locations, depending on business need and your preference. 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • We want HR graduates who are self-motivated, have strong analytical skills, good decision-making, and excellent leadership attributes, ambitious to join a World-Class Financial Services firm.   
  • Currently pursuing a Graduate degree in HR/HR-related program.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking/sound judgement.
  • Excellent communication/relationship skills.
  • A focus on identifying ways to improve the current state.
  • Can communicate clearly and confidently to influence through data and sound reasoning.
  • A natural curiosity to learn and the ability to apply learned skills.
  • Able to plan, organize and implement process improvements and/or projects.

Working Arrangement

  • Salary range is expected to be between $70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
