Job Description & Qualifications

Sales Representatives are the primary drivers of our customer interactions and sales performance. They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships, create value for customers and patients, and drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly visits to a specified number of target customers and organize product academic promotion meetings, and cooperate with the company's large-scale academic activities
  • Establish a sound customer management system to improve customer service quality
  • Implement the reporting system in a timely and accurate manner, report work progress in a timely manner, and provide timely feedback on market information
  • Cooperate with regional managers to visit
  • Complete the work tasks assigned by the regional manager or district manager
  • Actively participate in and promote compliance projects, set an example, and spread a culture of compliance. Comply with the rules and regulations issued by the medical institutions covered or visited related to medical representatives or related personnel of pharmaceutical companies

(Senior Medical Representatives , Product Specialists and Senior Product Specialists shall complete the following tasks based on the above responsibilities)

  • Assist the regional manager to help and coach new representatives to familiarize themselves with customers, markets, company reporting systems and related policies

Basic requirements:

  • Majors in biological sciences, medicine and health, chemistry and chemical engineering, or other majors related to medicine (such as management or marketing (medicine-related)), college degree or above (for non-academic majors, more than two years of working experience in the medical field)
  • Related work experience
  • Senior medical representatives / product specialists / senior product specialists must be able to pass the company's relevant qualification certification, have abilities and performance that meet the company's job requirements, and have a strong sense of compliance
  • Basic oral English skills
