Deloitte AI Institute

Deloitte AI Institute (DAI), a component of Deloitte Digital Difference, is dedicated to infusing digital into Deloitte China’s AI Strategy. As the core force in Deloitte China’s AI and data application field, the DAI not only focuses on key business areas such as risk management, strategic planning, governance, talent strategy, and technology application related to artificial intelligence, but also actively promotes cooperation with Deloitte's global AI network. We actively pursuing forefront trends and extensively exploring cutting-edge AI technology, especially the large language models on both theoretical and practical levels, which serves as the indispensable component of Deloitte AI Strategy in the “Age of With”.

Work you will do

• Involved in the construction, expansion, and migration of frim infrastructure;
• Participated in building and refining the monitoring and alerting system to enhance system early-warning capabilities;
• Collaborated with development colleagues to optimize project requirements and architecture, ensuring efficient project operation and maintenance;
• Kept abreast of new trends and technologies in the tech industry, researched, and verified the feasibility of related technologies;
• Responsible for operation and maintenance planning and support, promptly handling and tracking incidents to ensure system stability;
• Promoted the automation of operation and maintenance processes, strengthening the construction of high availability across the entire system chain;
• Familiar with emergency response, deployment, and regulatory processes and systems in operation and maintenance;
• Undertook the daily deployment and maintenance work for other systems and services.

Job Requirements

• Expert in the daily maintenance of services such as Docker, KVM, HAProxy, LNMP, and LAMP;
• Skilled in AI model deployment, management, maintenance, and monitoring;
• Proficient in the daily operations and maintenance of services like Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB;
• Proficient in daily development with shell and Python;
• Knowledgeable about products on Ali Cloud, Azure Cloud, and AWS Cloud platforms;
• Experienced in data backup, data migration, and fault recovery; 
• Possesses operational experience with Nagios or Zabbix;
• Understanding the work content of DevOps and LLMOps;
• Understanding in the daily maintenance of products like TiDB and SQL Server;
• Understanding the principles, construction, and maintenance of OpenStack cloud and CDH big data platforms;
• Demonstrates strong self-learning abilities and the capacity to work under pressure;
• Serious, meticulous, and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of principle, responsibility, and professional ethics.
