Job Requirements
Analyst/Consultant
Work you will do
- Learn disruptive HR technologies and brainstorm creative ideas with clients to drive the business change from people perspective.
- Analyze benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities
- Apply global solution frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly with client and your colleagues
- Find and leverage a diverse set of knowledge and experience around the globe and share yours with other colleague wherever they are
- Collect, assimilate and diagnose client data and use our leading processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
- Team with others to produce a high quality deliverables to ensure an excellent client experience
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities and instill confidence in team
- Apply basic financial concepts to client situation and Deloitte business models
- Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree holder in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines
- Project experiences of following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions, etc
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Maturity, activeness and commitment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Acceptance to business travel
Data Analysis
Work you will do
- Through in-depth diagnostic combination analysis, mining, in-depth analysis and modelling of various data sources;
- Managed the human resource data of core employees, and analysed and realized it through the investigation and investigation of users' business analysis demands
- Organize and compile the analysis report, timely discover and analyse the changes and problems hidden in it, and provide decision support for cadre management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science, statistics, mathematics, information technology and related experience;
- Proficient in using SQL, Excel and other tools for analysis; experience in big data analysis and AI analysis is preferred
- Good data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data
- Experience in data analysis, mining, cleaning and modelling
- Good communication skills and team spirit, strong independence and learning ability
Product Manager
Work you will do
- Responsible for designing B-end or C-end human resource information products based on HRM concepts
- Refined and planned product schemes from conceptual design, business scenario analysis and other aspects, and prepared PRD and other work contents
- Output product designs and solutions according to users' business requirements and scenarios, and promote development, design, test and other roles to achieve product goals
- Deep understanding of new technologies and ability to use new technologies to empower products, such as AI, robotics, etc
- Combined with the development trend of human resource industry and the development direction of human resource products, combined with my own ability to understand the product, put forward the product design scheme
- Evaluate product performance and implementation, continuously iterate and optimize product functionality
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above with HR product related background or data analysis background and strong interest in HR products
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, good at using data decision-making methods.
- Good communication and coordination skills, strong project management and promotion skills, dare to innovate, goal-oriented, self-driven initiative
