Audit & Assurance has always been Deloitte’s core service, and we provide audit and assurance services to many leading enterprises and organizations. We help organizations see further and deeper into their businesses. Climate and Sustainability (ESG Team)

Driven by investors, regulators, and other stakeholders, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) are becoming increasingly important and making impact on business decisions and investments. In the near future, integrated reporting will need to integrate the disclosure of both financial and ESG information; ESG information will become increasingly significant to stakeholders, as will traditional financial information. Deloitte Assurance ESG team assist our clients in embedding ESG and climate risks into every aspect of business strategy, day-to-day management and financial reporting,providing services including Integration of ESG /Climate Change and Financial Information, ESG /Carbon Assurance, ESG Management, ESG Competence and Awareness. We help companies to take early actions to improve their management and performance in ESG, also respond to increasingly stringent ESG disclosure requirements and stakeholder expectations, and prepare for integrated reporting.

Work you'll do

  • As a project member, you’ll need to participate in all aspects and processes of the ESG/sustainability project, including ESG report writing, ESG and carbon-related consulting and research projects, etc.
  • Support business development and conduct internal and external communication
  • Understand the domestic and foreign development trends of ESG/sustainability, and provide customers with more valuable services
  • Participate in supporting the development of related new products
  • Participate in supporting improving the impact of the ESG team.

Job Requirements

A fit for the role? Let's talk about you. We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree, preferably in the field of environment, energy management, climate change and other sustainability related majors
  • Internship and project experience related to sustainable development is preferred
  • Understand the current status and development of ESG, including regulatory requirements and relevant standards at home and abroad
  • Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent writing skills in Both Chinese and English
  • Good at using Power Point to present project plans and results, as well as familiar with other office software
  • Good adaptability, flexibility, independence and resilience
