Job Responsibilities
- Focusing on the company's business development goals and strategic planning, deeply understand the operation mode and needs of each business unit, through close cooperation with the business department, accurately identify its human resource needs, provide efficient and customized solutions, and continuously track the project execution effect, and make timely adjustments and optimizations;
- Actively participate in the project design and execution of various modules of human resources, covering important areas such as human resource planning, recruitment and training, performance and incentives, culture and leadership, and employee relations. In project practice, continuously accumulate experience and knowledge, improve the knowledge assets in related fields, and contribute to the optimization and innovation of the company's human resource management system;
- Always pay attention to the cutting-edge theories and best practices in the field of human resources, carry out in-depth research, combine the research results with the actual situation of the company, and widely promote and apply them within the company to improve the overall human resource management level of the company;
- According to personal performance and company needs, be assigned to a specific module of human resources, and gradually promoted to positions such as human resource supervisor and manager, and grow into a future talent with comprehensive human resource management capabilities and strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from the class of 2025, with a master's degree in any major. Applicants with experience in student cadre or student club management will be preferred;
- Have strong communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and teamwork spirit, an open and cooperative mentality, and be good at cross-disciplinary work. Collaborate between departments to jointly achieve company goals;
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to deal with complex human resources issues, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and have tenacious qualities, able to face difficulties and setbacks Persevere and work hard to overcome;
