Job Description & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated P2P Accountant to join our finance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform finance compliance validation and conduct audits on suppliers, individual consumers, and employees.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 

Compliance Validation:

  • Conduct thorough compliance validation of financial transactions in the procure-to-pay process.
  • Audit supplier invoices, contracts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies of potential compliance issues.
  • Reviewing 3rd party payment requisition as policy (tax invoice, supporting documentations, etc.).
  • Reviewing down payment, offset down payment and other DCF supporting according to compliance’s requirement.
  • Reviewing HR, ICO, overseas payments related supporting.
  • Provide the related local work for AP balance confirmation.
  • Prepare KPI tracking file and related reports.
  • Be responsible for checking OTV (one-time payment) documents.
  • Update relevant work instructions in a timely manner.
  • Perform the review work of staffs’ travel and expense to some extent.

Additional:

  • Keep proper archiving of financial documents.
  • Follow FRMC and perform relevant SOX/L1 controls to ensure the whole operating process meeting the compliance requirement.
  • Support internal and external audit, including A&A, IBM, MM, statutory audit, etc.
  • Comply with the company’s polices/standards, and the laws and regulations.
  • Ad hoc assignment

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Accounting process handling experience. Knowledge of P2P and R2R/GL experience is preferable.
  • Strong systems and analytical skills; SAP knowledge is preferable.
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner. 6.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Independent, good communication skill is required.
