Graduate HVAC Engineer

Responsibility:

• Participate in schematic design and preliminary design for commercial complex, hotel and other public buildings; responsible for load modeling and calculations; complete load analysis reports.
• Assist engineers in conducting file notes, scheme comparisons and scheme reports.
• Assist engineers in conducting drawings.
• Assist in solving technical problems in construction for clients; participate in site visits.
• Be responsible for research, collection of new technology and new equipment in HVAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering(HVAC) with a solid knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge or experience in low carbon, ESG or Sustainability is a plus.
• Better analytical ability with fire evacuation, fire smoke or fluid dynamics simulation is a plus.
• Background in digital application topics is a plus.
• Be familiar with Microsoft office and AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit, eQUEST, Energyplus software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
