As a Device Management Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to manage various devices and their lifecycle stages within an enterprise.
This role focuses on project implementation and the change management of configuration items. The engineer adheres to customer-specific processes and standards, ensuring delivery meets agreed quality and timeframes. Collaboration with other teams is essential to manage customer software pilots and rollouts.

Daily challenges
- Creating and troubleshooting configurations and policies applied to devices.
- Testing and validating new hardware for capabilities and security requirements.
- Reporting and monitoring compliance with enterprise restrictions and security updates.
- Distributing software to devices using the infrastructure and management systems.
- Providing 3rd level support for incidents affecting single or multiple devices.
eXperience and skills required
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of enterprise devices (PCs, laptops, mobiles, printers, etc.), including their installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Intune and Azure is advantageous.
- A degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred, but candidates from all degree backgrounds with basic IT knowledge and a strong desire to learn are welcome
