What you´ll do

  • Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing reports for performance reviews across European sites, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
  • Support the site teams by following up on action items, tracking progress, and ensuring safety-related tasks are completed effectively
  • Support develop and maintain safety-related training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with regional safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes, ensuring all safety performance metrics are captured
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SHE reports systems and assist in identifying areas for optimization in the reporting process
  • Support in tracking the progress of key SHE projects and ensuring regular updates are provided to regional leadership
  • Gain hands-on experience by interacting with and supporting production sites, providing insight into the daily activities of a SHE professional on the shop floor

What makes you a good fit

  • Fluent English and comfortable to communicate with external experienced stakeholders
  • Focused and well organized by dealing mass data management and data administration
  • Being able to work with macros and excel, experience with Power BI are advantages
  • Optionally open to travel in case of join and participate audits and understand machinery environment
  • Min. 4 more semesters of active student status remaining
  • Studies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment is an advantage
  • Chemical engineering or other chemical studies is an advantage
  • German skills are an advantage
