Who are we looking for?

• you are a student or graduate (of: law and administration, international relations, psychology, philology)
• you are available to work 35-40 hours a week
• you want to develop in the field of immigration consulting
• you are comfortable with English (spoken and written)
• you know MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• learning new things gives you pleasure
• you have already had your first professional experience in a position related to the legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland - this will be an additional advantage for us

Your future role

• support of the Immigration team in conducting the processes of legalizing the stay and work of foreigners in Poland  
• assistance in preparing applications for temporary residence permits and work permits for foreigners 
• preparing and completing documents necessary to conduct proceedings 
• coordination and control of document circulation and archiving

About the team

GES (Global Employer Services) team specialists provide services in the field of tax aspects of employment and personal income tax, as well as social and health insurance. They also offer services related to the legalization of stay and employment in Poland of foreigners from outside the European Union, as well as services covering the registration of stay in Poland of citizens of EU member states.
