Job Description & Qualifications

The IT Service Desk at PwC Polska is made up of 20 creative people who support employees on a daily basis in using broadly understood IT resources. Our tasks include solving problems related to software and hardware and ensuring proper installation and configuration of equipment. We operate F2F, on the hotline and using the Service Now ticket system. Additionally, we regularly cooperate with regional and global IT teams.

We are looking for:
IT Support Specialist

Your future role:

  • providing assistance to company employees in using IT resources,
  • user support in using computer programs and hardware,
  • solving problems related to software and hardware,
  • installation and configuration of computers for company employees.

Apply if:

  • you have at least 1 year of experience in the IT Service Desk team,
  • you are familiar with the Windows 11 operating system, office and utility software (M365), as well as the structure and operation of computer hardware,
  • you are interested in the functioning of a computer network, 
  • you communicate fluently in English (min. B2). 

Welcome:

  • you are studying or have completed higher education, preferably in a specific field or are currently studying IT.
