Job Description & Qualifications

Resource management (RM) team is a pivotal point of all our staff, projects and sales. We support optimal planning and allocation of our employees to projects (in close cooperation with Practice Leaders, Go To Market Team and Project Managers). We collect and analyze the demand for particular project roles and competences, we forecast future needs and address them proactively. We take care of the flow of information between all interested parties, which makes the RM Team the real nervous system for the whole organization.

We are looking for:
Junior Resource Planning Specialist

Your future role:

  • support planning and allocating staff for projects (in close cooperation with Go To Market directors, practice leaders and project managers),
  • regularly collect and report information on resource demand,
  • ensure uneasing flow of information,
  • ensure completeness and correctness of staff- and project-related data in the internal systems,
  • provide up-to-date CVs and staff profiles for sales offers,
  • analyze project time and holidays,
  • prepare reports,
  • support in other resource planning operations.

Apply if you:

  • have a good memory for names (of people, projects etc.) and can learn those very quickly,
  • based on the knowledge you gain you can quickly “connect the dots” i.e. you are able to quickly identify situations in which staff need to be allocated to different time slots or projects or in different setups,
  • can work independently but know when to ask for help,
  • do your best to provide high quality but are not afraid to admit a mistake,
  • can organize your work, prioritize tasks and work under pressure,
  • are good in communicating, teamwork and making relations,
  • are open-minded, proactive and inquisitive,
  • are able to learn usage of various tools,
  • speak English and Polish very well.

Nice to have:

  • some experience in office work.
