Job description
The task of the person employed in the position of Payroll Advisor is to comprehensively handle HR and payroll operations in the Polish branches of the company in cooperation with more experienced specialists, in a three-person team.
Due to the organizational culture supporting teamwork, Payroll Advisor will also cooperate with other areas of the company: People, Finance, leaders and managers.
Scope of responsibility
- Cooperation with an external company in the area of payroll calculation and the circulation and completeness of HR and payroll documentation
- Responsibility for the correct course of the employment process, including co-conducting induction training for new employees
- Handling processes and documentation related to employee programs (PPK, stock ownership programs)
- Cooperation with employee representatives in the management and settlement of the Employee Benefits Fund
- Cooperation with an external supplier in matters related to the employment of foreigners and the relocation of employees from other locations
- Support for employees with HR and payroll questions
- Administration of the work time recording system
- Issuing employment certificates
- Preparing the necessary reports and analyses in the field of HR, payroll and remuneration services for the needs of internal clients
- Active participation in projects to automate HR and payroll processes
- Participation in creating and writing processes, policies and instructions
- Updating process descriptions and information on HR and payroll on the company intranet
Expectations
- 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Basic knowledge of Polish labor law, social security and personal income tax regulations
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications (especially Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets)
- The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships inside and outside the company
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Good work organization and openness to team prioritization
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong commitment to confidentiality of information
- Knowledge of the principles of payroll calculation, planning and settlement of working time, as well as experience in using systems such as Enova or Workday are welcome
- Experience in a company dealing with modern technologies and a production environment is welcome but not necessary
