Tasks

When you join our team, you will: 

• Define and implement purchasing strategies and standard processes
• Manage material and services tenders, including package identification and contract negotiations
• Perform regular evaluation and development of suppliers for direct and indirect spend
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear specifications and expectations
• Prepare and review contracts, bids, and vendor agreements for legal and commercial accuracy
• Conduct market analyses to assess conditions, material availability, and identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Ensure compliance with LH Code of Conduct and Competition Guidelines in tender and supplier management
• Lead or contribute to cross-departmental projects and drive process improvements.

Requirements

You match our need, if you have:

• University degree in economies, logistics or procurement
• 3 years of proven relevant working experience
• Excellent skills in contract negotiations, including legal terminologies
• General knowledge of logistics processes, including planning, transportation, storage, and purchasing, to contribute to efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently but also as team member
• Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within his working area
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
