The primary purpose of this job is enhancement and management of accounts by providing customers with required information and expertise to optimize their relationship with the bank. The scope of activities ranges from upgrading from mass segment , maintenance and growth of existing client relationship, cross sell asset, liability products and ensure compliance with UAE central bank and anti-money laundering regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio which contribute actively to the business targets and revenue goals of the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key level to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
  • Migrate Mass client and introduce them to IBB products.
  • Direct contact with customers for processing of transactions, collection of document, ect
  • Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Handle quality and control issues pertaining to the portfolio.
  • Solid knowledge of products and services and competent in discussing the full range of IBB banking products and services available to clients including basic banking products, trade services products, lending products and financial advisory.
  • To be an effective “trusted advisor” in the delivery of services to clients, ensuring the optimum financial solution is delivered to clients in all times.
  • To keep up-to-date of market trends, customer preference and new products, as well as to regularly monitor activity by key competitors.

Skills & Qualifications

  • UAE Nationals only will be considered for this role
  • Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Understanding of Basic Banking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be confident in dealing with customers
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles will be an advantage
