TCS is seeking a passionate AR VR Metaverse Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our innovative team. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting immersive experiences within the metaverse, shaping the future of virtual interaction and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business analysts to translate metaverse concepts into technical specifications aligned with client requirements.
• Develop interactive features and functionalities for metaverse environments using cutting-edge technologies (e.g., game engines, 3D modeling tools, AR/VR frameworks).
• Integrate emerging technologies like blockchain (optional, depending on project needs) to create features like secure user authentication, digital asset management, and potentially in-world economies.
• Optimize metaverse experiences for performance and scalability across various platforms (e.g., VR headsets, PCs, mobile devices).
• Able to work and integrate electronic and haptic devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience within the metaverse.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in metaverse technologies and development tools, actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in the creation of internal documentation and best practices for efficient metaverse development at TCS.
• Explore and implement the integration of generative AI to enhance AR/VR experiences within the metaverse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Game Development, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience developing interactive experiences for virtual worlds, games, or other immersive applications.
• Strong proficiency in a game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Maya, Blender).
• Understanding of scripting languages commonly used in metaverse development (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python, C# and JavaScript).
• Deployment in App store / On Production.
• Familiarity with AR/VR development principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for the metaverse and a desire to push the boundaries of virtual experiences.
