Job Description & Qualifications
This role will be responsible for Working with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system. The individual in this role will play a liaison role with the cross functional teams to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Act as a HRIS system Consultant for Human Resources (HR) functions requirement
- Liaise with IT Enterprise Applications Departments to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.
- Assists HR team with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems and assist in building process with Operations track.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
- Work with HR teams to performs tests to ensure all processes work according to the predetermined goals identified.
- Other daily operational work – maintain trackers, creation of BRD & SOP documents, publish minutes of the meetings, track and update Jira status, preparing release mail, performing access audit etc.
Qualifications:
- Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with either major in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration.
- 2-3 (Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc. Skills Required
- Strong HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes etc.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
- Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees. Strong attention to detail.
