Job Description & Qualifications

Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary:

As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will also document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring of CyberArk ticket queue
• Troubleshoot L2 issues related to the CyberArk components; Incident, problem, change management
• Participate in root case analysis of CyberArk incidents
• Perform daily monitoring of system alerts generated by CyberArk
• Administer and maintain CyberArk components
• Perform CyberArk component health checks
• Manage CyberArk account management policies
• Management of auto-discovery policies
• Manage Vault failover, failback, and BCDR procedures
• Respond to alerts pertaining to disk space usage, high CPU usage, server uptime etc.
• Start/Stop/Restart of the CyberArk server components
• Patching and minor upgrades
• Provide inputs for renewal of SSL certificates
• Coordinate, contribute to and test software upgrades
• Review and remediation of CPM account management issues and errors (account synchronization)
• Password rotation and password change activity of CyberArk service and bind account
• Safe management - build safe /execute scripts/Vault the account
• Deep understanding of product architecture and all its ecosystem
• Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards of technical best practice
• Managing technical aspects of the transition of the solution into live use
• Advising on and coordinating each team’s technical activities
• Provide Quality and Technical Assurance on technical work packages
• Experience in client handling and working with team in coordination with other critical stake holder
• Ability to handle priority ticket (P1 & P2) ticket, and handle the escalations and perform root cause analysis

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing security controls for cloud environments.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud security platforms such as AWS Security Hub or Azure Security Center.
• Recommendation: Familiarity with other privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
• Recommendation: Knowledge of network security concepts and technologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
