Responsibilites

• Capacity planning of the data core nodes according MO forecast (region wise).
• Prepare the data core nodes (SGSN, GGSN, BG, DNS, Switch, Firewall etc.).
• Analyzing demand figures, new services, features, interfaces and network expectations. Conducting trial of new solution/services and prepare decision making inputs for planning. Planning and managing upstream of all data service aligned with Robi’s BP and identify future business requirement. Prudent management IIG infrastructure Capex/Opex planning and following up financial KPIs.
• Short-term tactical and long-term strategic planning regarding IIG capacity and architecture. RFP conduction, evaluation, vendor management and assist to formulate strategy (Technical/Commercial) for selecting solutions/services.
• Leading B2B business with RSC and PoS solutions in association with enterprise business team.
• Explore newer technology (IPv6, BW optimization solution etc.) and caching solutions (Bytedance, cloudflare etc.) to map business aspiration of Robi.

Job Skills/Competencies Required

Education Requirement

 B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Computer Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication; MBA will be an added advantage.

Skills requirement

Profound knowledge in designing Router, Switch, Firewall, MME, UDG, UNC etc.
