Job Description & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- To create internal orders against approved CAPEX budget in SAP for functional use in procurement and capex implementation process.
- To operate FI-FA module to record assets acquisition, deletion, depreciation, transfer, sales etc. in line with BPBL SOP and maintaining SAP functionalities (such as internal order settlement, CWIP transfers etc.).
- To transfer actual fixed asset transactions data from ECC to BPC.
- To run process in CAPEX module in BPC to generate financial information at different dimensions such as plant, individual asset, strategy, cost center, operation etc.
- To run annual budgeting and monthly capex planning process in BPC coordinating with monthly process of Contri module.
- To generate report in BPC on financial KPIs (CI ratio) to form financial observations for discussion in FBP sessions. Reporting includes variance analysis, trend analysis, version status, standalone position, dissection and FNPI reports.
- To facilitate functional management on achieving financial KPI targets by providing necessary information and analysis.
- To act as finance business partner for assigned depot, corporate functions and assigned transactions.
- To ensure reporting and monitoring of damaged assets along with SOP compliance check.
- To provide support in BPC data base creation in the area of fixed assets management.
- To ensure compliance of departmental SOPs and create awareness for compliance of SOPs by cross functional team in the area of fixed assets management.
- To identify MIS in fixed asset management areas where BPC report development is necessary (standard reports being unavailable), undertake such development and complete development in coordination with system and functional department
- To highlight gaps in standard processes of maintaining SAP system by cross functional team in the area of fixed assets management.
- To organize periodic verification of fixed assets by external or internal deployment. Ensure complete reconciliation of physical vs. book balance, marking of assets identification and damage assets identification at the time of periodic verification of fixed assets.
- To support analysis of capital investment decisions for existing and new business venture using NPV, IRR, payback and ratio analysis.
- To prepare asset related schedule (Tangible, Intangible & CWIP) for external auditors and annual report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university.
- CMA certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
