Job Description & Qualifications

The project trainee would support in the system management of VEM and training business owner on the system

Education, Experience & Skills

• BBA / MBA, Pharm.D
• Project Management, Auditing Skills. Problem solving and Stakeholder management
• Preferably previous internships required in organizations

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the system management of VEM and perform admin related tasks
• Support in training Business owners on the end-to-end process of meeting initiation and close-out
• Perform management monitoring using the provided checklist pre and post meeting execution.
• Ensure all meetings are compliant and initiated/closed as per the meetings and engagement SOP.
• Resolve team queries and escalate challenges if any.
• Connect with Business owners to address queries in the weekly catch-up meeting.
• Act as a POC for BU 2 and 3.
• Carry-out process refreshers for business owners whenever needed.
